FairPlay Properties REIT is part of the FairPlay International Joint Stock Company economic group. FPP is a real estate investment trust with major objective securitization of real estates.
The company’s equity increased three times for less than a year. The capital now is EUR 25,350,000, and FPP has launched the procedure for its forth subsequent increase.
