Bookings and cancellations

✓ Bookings with any discount applied should be guaranteed with payment of the first night not later than 7 days after you make the reservation.

The deposit is refundable in case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to check-in, in case of cancellation after the free period, the deposit will not be refunded.

Changes to guest names or dates of stay are permitted (subject to applicable rates and conditions at the time of the change). The remaining balance of up to 100% of the total amount of the reservation should be paid at the reception desk not later than arrival at the hotel.
